The position exists to provide support to the Global Talent Attraction team in sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating global recruitment activities and ad-hoc projects. Using the most recent and up-to-date social media recruitment, the incumbent will support global sourcing and selection activities, including proactive LinkedIn searches, posting positions on JTI & social media platforms, scheduling pre-interview testing/assessment and running screening interviews and ultimately build talent pipelines to fill current and future vacancies with minimum time to fill, reduced cost and increased quality of service and hire.


The aim is to ensure best in class service level to JTI Hiring managers and outstanding candidate journey. As the first point of contact with passive candidates, the Global Talent Acquisition associate maintains a strong image of JTI with external candidates and acts as an ambassador of the company's employer value proposition.


Candidate Sourcing:

Using the most up to date social media sourcing techniques, you will search, identify and source passive talent for current and future recruitment needs, building projects in LinkedIn and ensuring that positions can be filled in minimum time, respecting the SLA. The overall objective is to reduce time to fill and increase the overall quality of service and hire.

Proactive Talent Pipelining:

Generate candidate leads through online postings, LinkedIn and proactive sourcing to ensure future hiring needs are covered with existing pipeline of active, passive and silver medalist candidates.

Talent Acquisition Business Partnering

You will partner with HR and Hiring Managers to better manage and understand the needs for open and future positions. Communicate with HR, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers on need identification and provide relevant short lists of candidate pipelines ensuring status reports are up to date and reflect current pipeline statuses at all times.

Candidate Interviews:

Conduct telephone and virtual screening interviews with candidates, ensuring that candidate match business needs and JTI culture. Provide timely follow-up and feedback with candidates to ensure the candidate journey is best in class.

Job Posting:

Create and manage all job postings on Social Media, ensuring Employer Branding guidelines are adhered to at all times.

Talent Analytics:

Provide ad-hoc talent analytics to support recruitment decision making.

Support Global Talent Acquisition Projects on an ad-hoc basis.



  • Commercial  / Business / Technical Degree
  • Minimum 2 years direct search / sourcing in either an agency and/or in-house
  • Fluent English any other language a plus (French, German etc.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office
  • LinkedIn power user


We are looking for someone to start ASAP (March 1st, 2019 latest). This role is a temporary contract until end of December 2019.
