Assistant to a Regional Sales Manager

Location: Gdańsk

What will you do?

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in his daily administrative work in the managed sales region, including e.g. business travel reservations, documentation flow, ordering sales materials,
  • Regular preparation of reports based on internal and external data,
  • Ensure and maintain proper communication between Area Sales Managers and other company departments on all business matters,
  • Organization of team meetings in the region and preparation of presentations for the region,
  • Administration of the region's budget and responsibility for purchasing processes.

 

 

It will be easier for you to carry out these tasks if you:

  • Have Bachelor or Master degree or you are during studies (but with full-time availability)
  • Are open-minded and easy to establish relations with people
  • Are hands-on and able to act independently
  • Have high self-discipline and ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
  • Pay attention to detail and you are accurate in performing your duties and deliver solutions on time
  • Proactively look for new solutions and implementation of ideas
  • Speak English at B1/B2 level and have good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point (must have)
