People & Culture Business Partner Global Travel Retail
The purpose of the role is to provide professional advice on P&C policies, procedures, and processes to line management and employees within a specific business unit. You will ensure the implementation of related P&C policies, procedures, and processes and actively contribute to their continued evolution, optimization, and enhancement.
Position:
The People & Culture Business Partner Global Travel Retail will be responsible for:
- Business Partnering: Partner with line managers and act as a facilitator for the business representatives in P&C-related matters, with a focus on Talent Management, Rewards, Org Design, Workforce Planning, and other core P&C processes. Provide P&C professional advisory to employees throughout their lifecycle within the company. Manage P&C-related internal change and communication activities for the respective business unit/population
- Talent Management: Coordinate the Talent cycle, including Performance Management processes, Succession Planning, and Talent Data Analysis. Advise employees about Learning & Development opportunities and help them identify development needs for career progression. Participate in Recruitment processes as necessary
- Org Design and Rewards: Advise on Organizational Design principles and support the business in their organization projects. Manage WG3-WG4 position job matching ensuring internal equity. Advise on Rewards principles and support the execution of global processes such as Annual Salary Review (ASR). Support the business in Workforce & labor cost planning processes
- Employee Lifecycle: Support employees in all key events of the employee life cycle ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, position transfers, relocations, and immigration processes
- Process Optimization: Identify process gaps and suggest areas for improvement and enhancements of employee experience

Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent in P&C/social studies area
- Minimum 5 years experience in the P&C area (recruitment, compensation and benefits, and others). Cross-functional work experience is necessary
- Fluent in English; any other languages are desirable
- IT literacy (incl. SuccessFactors, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) is a must
