Digital Manager RMC & Shisha
In the role of Digital Manager, you will translate brand plans into digital programs, drive traffic, and convert leads across online and offline channels. You will build targeted strategies based on consumer data and optimize content for UX/UI. The role also includes monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
Position:
As the Digital Manager RMC & Shisha, in the Marketing Middle East & Shisha department, you will:
- Develop and manage a 360 consumer-centric social media strategy aligned with corporate marketing and brand objectives.
- Ensure frequent content updates, high engagement, and use analytics to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and manage a B2C digital consumer engagement platform to increase user retention, optimize UX/UI. Collaborate with the Brand and offline activation team to drive traffic, monitor performance using analytics.
- Optimize consumer data strategies to enhance lead acquisition and campaign performance while managing budgets and ensuring financial compliance. Oversee agency strategy and media plans.
Requirements:
- University Degree or equivalent – a Marketing/Business Master's degree is a plus.
- 4-5 years in B2C digital marketing strategy (FMCG) with knowledge of social media tactics and CRM campaigns.
- Familiar with multichannel acquisition, conversion, retention, and website structure.
- Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools, demonstrating strong analytical abilities. Experience managing digital and website agencies while optimizing budgets to meet objectives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English level.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and well-versed in various digital channels.
