Consumer Experience Manager

 

In the role of Consumer Experience Manager, you will be strictly collaborating wht the Consumer Experience Lead on developing the Leisure, Horeca and Retail channels strategy and consumer program implementation in the Middle East markets across the categories (RMC, RRP & Shisha).
 

Due to the nature of the Horeca/leisure business, this incumbent is required to work evenings and on weekends where necessary.

 

Position: 

 

As the Consumer Experience Manager, in the Marketing Middle East & Shisha department, you will:

 

  • Define the channels and activations objectives/strategies.
  • Develop programs and activities for the channels that are able to deliver superior consumer experience
  • Maximize brand visibility across contracted outlets and events by identifying relevant branding opportunities to increase the reach of JTI brands to consumers in an effective and efficient manner. Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop and produce innovative, modern and eye catchy materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Keep a close tap on all trending events and partners across Middle East markets. Develop and execute events whenever needed to support the brand, while following up with all suppliers to deliver with the required quality on time.
  • Manage and control the proper implementation of all related activities ensuring executional excellence
  • Manage all assigned budgets in a secure and efficient manner. 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • University Degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in activation, marketing or trade marketing positions (preferred consumer electronics or consultancy)
  • Excellent English level. 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. SAP                                                                            
  • Leadership and People Management Skills. Communication Skills
  • Process/Project Management, Decision Making, Analysis & Problem solving,
  • Consumer Marketing Knowledge, New Product Launches / Development,
  • Brand Communication, Promotional Management, Business insight, Negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
