Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exceptional opportunity for an IWS Manager at JTI Leaf Services (US) LLC in Danville, VA.

As a world-class leader in our industry, we are looking for a highly motivated individual who is eager to join our ambitious team.

Responsibilities
Identify and carry out the seamless implementation of IWS (Integrated Work Systems) tools and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and sustain IWS initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of professionals to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Foster and nurture strong connections with individuals within and outside the organization

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in implementing and managing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
