  • Maintenance (i.e. creation/ change) of the master data records in SAP and Employee Address Book in CONCUR accurately and efficiently in full compliance with Corporate policies & procedures within delivery timelines and requirements stipulated in Service Level Agreements (SLA). The maintenance in SAP includes vendor & sundry customer master data, trade customer credit limit and cost center approval hierarchy.
  • Perform analytical and reporting activities accurately and efficiently to support the activities including provide the updated master records to Market, support master data cleansing activities, provide analyses on compliance status with JTI Corporate Policies, and statistics on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Provide good support to team lead and other team member on related processes/activities which include full knowledge of J-SOX GRM, BSC procedures & internal guidelines, JTI Global Policies & Procedures and other related areas.
  • Providing good support to Market(s) by developing basic/general knowledge of Market’s business and operational needs, and provide sound advice on Master Data related matters to Market(s).         
  • Perform tasks related to Global / Local/ ad-hoc projects assigned to Master Data team.





  • Degree in related area (finance, accounting, economics, business administration) OR: Diploma or above in any area with a year experience in an accounting related role
  • 1 year experience in accounting function; or electronic records management function in a large multinational company in a related service function
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft application (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) & SAP
