  • Responsible to collect, sort, and scan the hardcopy documents received for processing. Ensure all documents is scan into query tool and submitted to Accounts Payable (AP) team based on agreed SLA timelines for their validation and posting. Retrieve softcopy documents (such as E-invoices, pdf copies) from dedicated shared folder for Query Tool and print for processing.
  • Ensure all documents received are intact and filed in accordance to defined guidelines for the respective entities.
  • Coordinate and manage the archiving of documents (either in local warehouse or courier back to entity) according to the guidelines and timelines.
  • Responsible to prepare reports and analysis in accurate and timely manner.
  • Continuously review current processes and monitor performance based on KPI/performance metrics being reported on monthly basis to identify and discuss with team lead on the potential areas for improvements.
  • Provide assistance to the Team Lead to ensure the objectives and targets are met. Support other Document Management (DM) Specialist in documents handling and resolve DM related issues. Participate and provide support across functional activities within BSC, Corporate and BSC (both Global and Local) projects and initiatives. 





  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in accounting is preferable.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in office environment. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good English communication skills
