RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Correspond; redirect phone calls to the right person professionally and stay alert to screen suspiciolus phishing incoming calls to ensure company properties are protected
  • Ensure all the incoming / outgoing documents and parcel are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. Maintain received documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents
  • Greet/welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person. Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor access tag according to JTI’s standard procedures
  • Handle general office administration duties such as update the stock of docket for airway bill/DHL/ ABX, boxes request by department for courier services and filing of air-waybills other documents within the scope of receptionist
  • Ensure reception's area and lobby are well maintain, neat and clean at all time
  • Assist HR department with administration support as and when required

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • SPM with minimum 3 years working experience related to administrative or secretarial position can also be considered
  • Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Competent in MS office applications
