Regional HoReCa Manager

 

What this position is about: 

 

As a Regional HoReCa Manager, you will support the National HoReCa & Events Manager in implementing JTI’s national HoReCa strategy. Your role is to ensure sustainable growth and development of partnerships in the assigned region, leading the HoReCa portfolio, budgets, and marketing programs.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and implement the regional HoReCa strategy, aligned with national objectives, including partnerships, activations, and marketing programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate the regional HoReCa portfolio, identifying new trends, opportunities, and growth areas.
  • Maintain relationships with HoReCa partners, ensuring contract fulfillment, product stocking, and execution of marketing programs.
  • Oversee and motivate the regional HoReCa team, ensuring effective planning, organization, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular visits to HoReCa venues, ensuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on regional HoReCa budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to the National HoReCa & Events Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, brand management, planning) to ensure alignment with broader company goals and initiatives. 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/HoReCa.
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent team management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • Availability for business travel. 
  • Driving licence.
