Responsible for planning and executing sales strategies and growth plans in assigned territory, ensuring the achievement of volume, distribution and marketing objectives for the products.


  • Develop the sales strategy and the annual operating plan necessary for its implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and coordinate all plan budget, resource and delivery plans for the sales function in order to optimize performance in line with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve key strategic objectives.
  • Be responsible for the effective implementation of sales, distribution, merchandising strategies, objectives and programs. Monitor progress and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Oversee customer interaction and business relationships.
  • Lead and evaluate the generation of monthly and quarterly forecasts and plan the annual volume forecast to ensure inventory availability.
  • Support continuous improvement in sales processes and strategies.
  • Promote and ensure the incorporation of corporate values ​​and standards in business processes and procedures.


  • University degree in commercial branches or marketing.
  • Postgraduate degree in business administration or equivalent (desirable).
  • Relevant experience in similar roles in the commercial function in the mass consumption sector.
  • Experience in managing sales teams.
  • High english language level (spoken and written), necessary for the development of networks of contacts within the organization.
  • The position will be based in the city of Cochabamba.
