Reporting to: Territory Development Leader

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•  Drive direct sales operations to meet area volume and distribution goals
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory
• Work closely with Territory Development Leader, Territory Consumer Lead, and Territory Execution Representative to expand consumer base and implement strategic plans

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
•  Minimum of 2 years of sales, distribution and trade marketing experience.
• Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals
• Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn
• Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
•  Professional Drivers’ license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers’ license
