Sales Training & Capabilities Supervisor
What this position is about – Purpose
The purpose of this role is to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the Field Force by executing the training plan, delivering training programs, and ensuring continuous learning and skill development across the Field Force and sales team.
What will you do – Responsibilities
- On-field Training Delivery and Coaching
- Delivers Sales Training sessions
- Implements on-field training to support classroom learning with practical application
- Provides coaching to the Field force team, as relevant
- Post-Training Follow-up
- Prepares and tracks action plans after training sessions.
- Regularly assess field force progress and adjust training as needed
- Reports training effectiveness and related metrics to stakeholders
- Budgeting & Planning: Plans, manages and monitors the Sales training budget
Whom are we looking for – Requirements
- BSc degree in business administration or relative
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, training, or coaching roles, preferably within FMCG, retail, or related industries
- Expertise in delivering classroom and on-field training and driving skill-enhancement initiatives
- Proven ability to track performance metrics and align training objectives with business goals
- Good knowledge of Route to Market (RTM) and commercial strategies and objectives
- Advanced analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness and team performance
- Experience managing sales training budgets, including planning, allocating, and monitoring expenses
- Strong competencies in Presentation and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
