Consumer Experience Strategy Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
Consumer experience strategy manager will be responsible for driving the consumer experience strategy for RRP brands & products, including:
- Designing quality input for consumer activations initiatives, optimizing Route-To-Consumer and omnichannel engagement, based on consumer needs & competitive landscape
- Developing end-to-end omnichannel consumer journey plans and consumer experience engagement plan adjusted to different segments
- Engaging in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across omnichannel to raise brand awareness, engage & acquire consumers, & support across the consumer funnel
- Co-develop and execute brand activation plan in partnership with Sales, consumer activations & digital teams
- Identify commercial priorities and needs, optimizing investment and resource allocation in line with local regulations, brand strategy & consumer insights
- Coordinate & synchronize the execution of the Consumer Experience strategy by consumer activations & digital teams, & recommend actions & programs
- Coordinate day-to-day agency activities & suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery, and maintain alignment with involved stakeholders
- Support RRP Lead to ensure consistent narrative and execution excellence across omnichannel
- Conduct regular business reviews vs. set KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to the RRP Lead and cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor & control brand and activations budget and performance along the entire consumer experience funnel & ensure optimal ROI
Whom are we looking for – Requirements:

Proven experience in strategic 360° always-on marketing management and strategy development with expertise in FMCG, particularly in premium and niche brands

Strong analytical skills to thoroughly assess different options and enable clear business choices

Strategic and critical thinking abilities combined with a solid understanding of data and numbers

Ability to simplify processes by eliminating duplicative efforts and finding the most effective ways to achieve results

Transparent, inclusive, and collaborative approach to maximize team and cross-functional partnerships

Strong project management and organizational skills to oversee strategic initiatives while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Structured problem-solving and change management capabilities

Experience in managing and optimizing budgets effectively to meet objectives within deadlines

Strong commercial acumen with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

3-5 years of experience in brand marketing and consumer acquisition for premium or niche brands, preferably in FMCG

Proficiency in branding tools, marketing platforms, analytical software, and Microsoft tools

Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills
