Tax Manager

We are looking for a Tax Manager for a position located in Casablanca and reporting to Regional Tax Director Africa.

What you will be doing:

As a Tax Manager, you will:

• Manage implementation of tax strategy, policies and procedures (including JSOX controls), tax risk analysis and measures to mitigate tax risks
• Manage tax angles of business models set up, sourcing changes, new business flows and conversions
• Supervise JTI (Corporate) tax reporting obligations. Supervise preparation of TP documentation in line with tax regulations and TP global policies and guidelines 
• Supervise tax/customs audit and litigations
• Communicate with tax/customs authorities and consultants, participate in liaison with tax/customs authorities during tax audits and with respect to other requests. Partner to Finance, Legal, GSC, CA&C leads in the cluster

Requirements:

• University degree in tax law, tax economics or equivalent. LLM, MBA in addition to tax education is a plus
• 7 years in international tax, transfer pricing or indirect tax including in FMCG. Experience in big 4 is a plus. 
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Poractivity in addressing issues
• People management skills
• Project management
• Ability to adapt to dynamic market environments
