We are seeking a P&C Intern North & West Africa for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to P&C Manager N&WA.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate great project management skills, have a positive mindset, she/he will be expected to come up with bright and innovative ideas but also follow process that are already in place. ​

What you will be doing:

As a P&C Intern N&WA, you will:

• Support the team with day-to-day HR operations, including helping with employee inquiries, and preparing HR documents.
• Managing and organizing employee files, ensuring HR records and information are accurate and up to date
• Support in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, feedback, as well as supporting onboarding activities.
• Support with Learning and development actions.
• Assist in other daily administration tasks related to P&C department as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
• Fluent in English, French & Arabic.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
