DIGITAL ASSOCIATE N&W AFRICA

 

We are looking for a Digital Associate for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to Marketing Lead N&WA.

 

The Ideal candidate will Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies and manage project implementation in North and West Africa Cluster. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize Marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless execution of digital projects

 

What you will be doing:

 

As a Digital Marketing Associate N&WA, you will:

 

  • Execute and refine digital marketing strategies across N&WA markets aligned with portfolio objectives and market goals.
  • Manage and update digital content across social media, websites, and microsites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to implement and optimize digital marketing plans.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Work on the implementation of the planned projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Manage Day-to-day interactions with agencies to ensures alignment, good execution and on time delivery
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and propose innovative solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Fluent in English, French & Arabic.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, or a FMCG company, with a proven track record of successful digital campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, with Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
  • Additional skills are a plus: Mastery of graphic design, video production, animation, copywriting, branding, web design, UX/UI, SEO. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems is advantageous.
