Job Description

 

Trade Marketing & Sales Trainee

As a Trade Marketing & Sales Trainee at JT International, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting key commercial projects, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to data analysis, and assist in creating impactful presentations and reports.

What will you do:

  • Support Product Experts Project: Provide regular staff audits (Product Experts and Supervisors) with troubleshooting in collaboration with the Sales team and PE agency. Track and analyze address program and shifts efficiency with regular follow-ups and improvements.
  • Reporting: Ensure regular and accurate reporting release such as Competitors overlook (monthly) and Social listening (bi-monthly). Proactively support both functions with any other ad-hoc reports aimed to check the status of ongoing activities, projects, programs. Create presentations in line with brief and timings.
  • Cycle Materials: Actively participate in the adaptation of online and offline cycle materials across all categories and touchpoints. Support in cycle materials delivery with required follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the respective colleagues of Marketing, Sales, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of activities. Actively participate in monthly RSM meetings, participate in field visits on a regular basis.

 

What would you need to be successful in this role:

  • Results-driven, proactive, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to engage and create enthusiasm for tasks and initiatives and to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or soon graduation (summer/autumn 2025) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field,
  • Fluency in Hungarian, good command of English
  • Digital proficiency, e.g. MS Office: Excellent Excel, Advanced Powerpoint
