Marketing Trainee

You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to monitor brand performance, analyze market trends, and help shape the consumer experience.

What will you do:
- Brand Management: Active participation in the Brand Management process by analyzing and highlighting key issues/opportunities, and taking part in proposing and developing brand strategies. Participate in transforming the consumer experience strategy and deployment programs to meet established brand/portfolio objectives.
- Consumer and Trade Programs: Participate in the development of consumer and trade programs. Coordinate internal and external collaboration with agencies and suppliers.
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Implement brand strategy in the market with a strong focus on monitoring brand performance, tracking brand budget, and monitoring competitors' activities.
- New Product & Packaging Development: Active participation in new product & packaging development, product quality, and packaging-related processes, assuring smooth market implementation. Supervise consumer complaints & inquiries process for brands. Support Brand Managers in projects related to NPD, packaging, and product changes for CTP and RRP brands.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze brand performance and brand health KPIs, market and category trends, and recommend corrective actions to ensure objectives' achievement. Strive to measure and improve positive consumer experience, mitigating pain points through constant evolution. Active participation in ASP preparation.
What would you need to be successful in this role:
- Results-driven, proactive, and passionate, with a strong sense of urgency and integrity.
- Ability to engage and create enthusiasm for tasks and initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or soon graduation (summer/autumn 2025) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field,
- Native Hungarian, good command of English
- Digital proficiency, e.g. MS Office
