Marketing Activation Manager

 

 

Position: We’re looking for a passionate team member with solid track record of trade and consumer activation, project management, with an agile approach, who will orchestrate cross-functional team collaboration to deliver a new category success.

In this role, you’ll plan and implement brand, commercial activation, and communication programs, as well as contribute to marketing activities in partnership with HU/CzHuSk/HQ teams and external agencies. You'll lead brand and consumer engagement strategies, supervise performance, and suggest improvements. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Actively contribute to commercial strategy development and KPI achievement in close collaboration with SI, Sales, and Marketing teams. Ensure timely online and offline marketing activities execution in line with business priorities and legislative framework. Monitor competition, drive innovation, and run budget planning effectively.
  • Educate and empower on the new Heated Tobacco (HT) category, manage trade engagement, B2B communication, and program execution. Ensure consistent execution of communication and activation strategies across on/offline touchpoints. Lead internal communication and oversee activity measurement and follow-up.
  • Create and localize campaign content and assets in line with brand cycle activities and guidelines. Analyze, evaluate, and follow up on activities regularly. Collaborate closely with the CzHuSk Marketing team, HQ, and creative/digital agencies.
  • Implement consumer engagement programs by managing the hostess program with the Agency. Ensure high-quality execution together with platform preparation, full staffing, and education. Achieve KPIs through regular field visits and collaboration with Sales.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, or Trade/Consumer Activation
  • Experience in strategy, digital marketing, and people management
  • Committed to achieving goals and leading by example
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Analytical with attention to detail
  • Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
