Production Process Lead

As Production Process Lead you will be in charge with the continuous improvement of processes in the assigned Production Area and with generating improvement projects in close collaboration with Production Lines Specialists.  

You will also be responsible for coordinating technical and process improvement activities in order to meet production targets (KPIs and other internal targets), in line with EHS guidelines and ensuring 5S standards.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• Technical University degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering)
• Relevant work experience in production environment is a plus
• Very good understanding of production processes
• Data analysis and processing knowledge
• Good planning and organizing abilities
• Abilities of coordinating production-related projects
• Strong team-working, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel - at least medium level). Experience in working with SAP is considered an advantage
• Good English knowledge
