Cell Lead

Based in Bucharest.

What will you do:

The Cell Lead is responsible for the performance of allocated lines, including safety at work, quality, reliability, production plan execution, productivity and costs for production execution:

• Ensures in due time the execution of production orders according to the production plan for the allocated lines
• Allocates the necessary resources and initiates prompt actions to ensure the execution of the production plan, in line with JTI Manufacturing procedures & quality standards
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement implementation activities together with the team
• Leads and schedules maintenance actions for the week
• Ensures the performance of daily activities in the Time Management application and follows the procedures in force regarding team management
• Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the capability of subordinates and communicates with their direct manager to determine their needs for professional training by assessing their competencies
• Spends more than 70% of worktime in the production unit.

Who are we looking for:

• University Degree
• Min. 2 years of experience in activities related to production coordination/management
• English (good writing & speaking skills)
• Good knowledge of manufacturing process performance, production planning, and machine operation
• Knowledge and understanding of specific EHS, Quality Management, Finance, and Logistics processes
• Computer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Very good planning & organizing skills
• Project management abilities
• Team management skills
