Technical Services Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
This role focuses on optimizing production efficiency by evaluating equipment performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring seamless operations. It supports investment projects from design to commissioning and provides expertise in repairs, major maintenance, and predictive maintenance strategies.
What will you do – Responsibilities:

Analyze the technical performance of production equipment and identify improvement opportunities;

Assess the implementation of technical solutions;

Coordinate assigned investment projects, including action plan development, installation supervision, and budget management;

Provide technical support throughout investment projects (setup, installation, and commissioning) to meet performance and quality standards while collaborating with equipment suppliers, Production, and Quality teams;

Support and implement predictive maintenance strategies by defining measurement methods, selecting tools, setting alarm thresholds, and monitoring trends;

Provide ongoing support for repairs and major maintenance projects, at the same time aiming to minimize production impact;

Offer technical assistance to the NPD department in clarifying tools/accessories used in production lines and assessing the need for additional capabilities.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree in a technical field.
Work experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Language: Romanian and English fluency.
Other skills and knowledge:

Experience in project management and technological development within an industrial environment;

Strong technical skills with the ability to design and implement efficient mechanical solutions;

Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and predictive maintenance issues using innovative, safe, and cost-effective solutions;

Ability to make decisions and engage in effective cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless collaboration in production operations;
-
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge would represent an advantage.
