Production Cell Lead

What this position is about – Purpose:
 

The Production Cell Lead is responsible for the performance of allocated lines, including safety at work, quality, reliability, production plan execution, productivity and costs for production execution.

What will you do – Responsibilities:

• Ensures in due time the execution of production orders according to the production plan for the allocated lines
• Allocates the necessary resources and initiates prompt actions to ensure the execution of the production plan, in line with procedures & quality standards
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement implementation activities together with the team
• Leads and schedules maintenance actions for the week
• Ensures the performance of daily activities in the specific application and follows the procedures in force regarding team management
• Is responsible for the continuous improvement of the capability of subordinates and communicates with their direct manager to determine their needs for professional training by assessing their competencies
• Spends more than 70% of worktime in the production unit

Who are we looking for – Requirements:

Education: University Degree
Work Experience: Min. 2 years in activities related with production coordination / management
Language: English (good writing & speaking skills)
Other skills and knowledge: 

• Good knowledge of manufacturing process performance, production planning, machine operation
• Knowledge and understanding of specific EHS, Quality Management, Finance, Logistics processes
• Computer skills (MS Office); SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Very good planning & organizing skills
• Project management abilities
• Team management skills
