Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist  

 

What this position is about:   

 

Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist plays a key role in managing personnel administration and payroll processes for JT International (Romania), ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects related to human resources. 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities: 

 

  • Draft individual employment contracts, collect necessary documents, and ensure proper registration in the Electronic Register of Employees (REVISAL). 

  • Handle amendments to contracts, including salary changes, position updates, and extensions; ensure correct data entry in SAP HR and REVISAL. 

  • Process and document employee contract terminations, prepare necessary paperwork, and manage exit-related documentation. 

  • Maintain and update employee files, manage personal document submissions, and verify data accuracy in SAP HR. 

  • Import data for payroll calculations, verify attendance and salary details, process benefits and bonuses, and prepare payment orders. 

  • Prepare and archive HR documents annually, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. 

  • Prepare and submit HR reports to the National Institute of Statistics and manage documentation for FNUASS claims. 

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in economics or a related field 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration 

  • Knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and fiscal regulations 

  • PC skills (MS Office: Excel, Word), SAP HR is a plus 

  • Medium English proficiency  

  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
