IWS Regional Director
Position:
In this role you will be developing and driving IWS strategy for the region, ensuring the consolidated capability plans are in place to eliminate losses towards achieving the regional targets.
Responsibilities:
- Setting regional IWS strategy by facilitating growth and operational improvement through the development, and execution of business initiatives and strategic continuous improvement plans
- Assessing and improving IWS plans by developing and implementing regional and site-specific KPIs, leading PDCA cycles to drive continuous improvement, conducting calibrated assessments, and making regular site visits to support capability tracking and actionable progress
- Accelerating performance & reapplication by tracking of IWS phase progression plan and capturing and disseminating Current Best Practices for reapplication
- Shaping IWS Zero Loss culture by coaching Leaders, identifying barriers to IWS implementation and being a role model servant leadership to influence proper leadership behaviors
- Building global capability by contributing as Global IWS expert to the creation and improvement of global standards
Requirements:
- Work experience:
- At least 10 years’ experience in IWS environment i.e.: P&G Master Capability Lead, Supply Chain Lead in previous employment
- Proven practical experience supporting Factory journey into different IWS phases
- Has had a line assignment (more than 5 years) in manufacturing
- Knowledge of IWS Systems and standards
- Technical skills in each pillar: fundamental skills in all pillars, in-depth skills in at least two pillars, minimum of level 3 qualification in UPS, VSM, HPO and DDS including RTT
- Skills:
- Ability to be assertive yet active listener with influential skills
- Strategic thinking with easiness to translate business objectives into effective plans
- Focus on people, keen on teaching and developing others
- Build on-the-floor credibility with others
- Fluent in English
