IT Sales Process Expert
JTI wants you in its global IT Digital Customer team as IT Sales Process Expert. You will be part of an international, highly professional team and you will play a key role in establishing the company’s global platform for Direct Sales.
Your main role is to shape the Direct Sales platform as product manager, taking in consideration the markets’ needs and working towards harmonization, standardization, and capability building, together with the business counterparts. You will also act as a liaison between Business and Development teams. You will report to the IT Sales Solutions Director.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
Product Management
- Review all Functional Designs related to the Direct Sales application.
- Drive decisions in the service delivery forum towards harmonization, standardization, and capability building, ensuring the proposed changes will meet market requirements without impacting on global application functionality, other markets needs and performance.
- Keep updated all documentation in the Global Reference Model.
- Facilitate Direct Sales application training sessions, in order to consolidate market knowledge. Keep updated the training material.
Change Management and Project Management
- Ensure that all Change Requests have a meaningful business benefit, providing when possible quantitative impact of the development requested.
- Be concerned that Change management is an ongoing process and keep moving the Change Requests as soon as they arrive
- Continuous improvement on the IT Change Management Process as well as ensure full compliance with One Change Management Policy and Procedure
Business Relationship Management
- Know intimately the business processes in each market and work with the market stakeholders to support achieving the market business objectives.
- Be the point of contact for issue escalation from markets and establish action plans when required and ensuring its implementation.
- Review market´s IT KPI's evolution for the Direct Sales application
- Review Change Requests created by the market ensuring: all information needed is provided, request priorities based on business criticality.
- Driving demos or workshops to reinforce tool knowledge and to show tool changes and enhancements to markets.
- Communicate to markets about globally planned activities that might affect normal use of the application.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background, additional business education is a plus
- 8+ years of working experience with CRM systems, experience with Direct Sales applications is a plus
- 5+ years of Project management experience
- Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
