Factory HR Business Partner
What this position is about – Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the People & Culture strategy within our Manufacturing entity. You will drive initiatives across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, talent management, and employee relations.
What will you do – Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for various roles, including coordination with external agencies & supporting line managers. Manage recruitment budget;
- Raise recruitment requests to the GBS center (Global Business Services) and monitor the Talent Attraction team's activity and KPIs to ensure an efficient process;
- Support the review and updating of position descriptions for the Manufacturing organization;
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Implement the annual learning and development plan, including managing the L&D budget and related logistics;
- Conduct talent review meetings, facilitate succession planning, and support analyzing and implementing recovery plans with line managers;
- Coordinate disciplinary committees, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
- Support Employer Branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and other relevant events;
- Support employees throughout the implementation of the IWS (Integrated Work System) methodology.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree (preferably in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field).
Work experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably in an industrial environment.
Language: Romanian and English fluency.
Other skills and knowledge:
- Strong interviewing techniques and skills for evaluating professional competencies and experience;
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment channels and best practices;
- Understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures;
- Ability to align HR strategies with business goals;
- Understanding and addressing employee concerns with empathy;
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
