Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architecture (EA) function has been established to ensure innovative & flexible IT Architecture aligned with strategic business goals whilst maintaining sustainability & cost effectiveness.

He or She will need to develop and maintain the visibility to evaluate, plan, and design the D&IT architecture to support reinforcement of the EA discipline at JTI and also need to preserve their contents & collaboration platform.

Main areas of responsibilities:

• Cooperate with EA manager and contribute to delivering EA artifacts applicable cross domain enabling to evaluate the current-state and demanded target-state of JTI D&IT architecture
• Design, Develop and maintain JTI enterprise architecture data model and EA analytics reports applicable cross domain in EA-modelling and BI&Analytics tool
• Maintain the EA contents & collaboration platform (BiZZdesign, PowerBI, SharePoint, Teams, etc) including technical configuration, issue resolution, user administration, and user training
• Operationalizing EA tasks within EA team aligning with D&IT processes
• Work closely with solution architects to help to conduct EA evaluation tasks for dedicated categories
• To acquire detailed knowledge about D&IT process and data model
• To keep skills and knowledge of EA modelling & analytics tool and methodologies up to date
• To facilitate the design and delivery activities of EA analytics reports 
• Liaise with JTI strategic vendors to understand and share relevant technology opportunities
• Define solution architecture for global, regional, and local Digital & IT change initiatives where EA team is involved, and ensuring standards compliance
• Support peer enterprise architects in defining the strategic positioning data & analytics tools & capabilities
• Act as part of the Enterprise Architect to undertake planning, governance, Impact analysis and other relevant activities to support strategic evolution of JTI Architecture
• To give awareness of where to improve our JTI landscape through the reports considering stakeholders' viewpoints

Requirements:

• B.Sc. degree in IT or equivalent
• 4+ years of overall experience in the IT discipline in multi-national environment (administrative, development, and business applications) as a software and/or system engineer
• 2+ years’ experience as an Enterprise Architect, specifically managing EA data model and analytics development for enterprise-level programs
• 2+ years’ experience in BiZZdesign
• Experience of ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerBI a nice plus
• Fluent English
• In-depth EA tool, PowerBI tool technical knowledge with coding skills
