Digital Manager
What this position is about – Purpose:
We're looking for a driven professional to help shape the future of Ploom's digital consumer experience! In this versatile role, you'll drive consumer-centric strategies across our online channels, optimizing the consumer journey, and taking our brand to the next level.
What will you do – Responsibilities:

Implementing the Digital Ecosystem strategy at market level, to drive market share, maximize potential and profitability, and grow brand equity in alignment with our objectives while ensuring On- & Offline synergy to create a seamless consumer journey;

Carrying out consumer acquisition and conversion strategies, while optimizing the Consumer Journey across online touchpoints based on consumer needs and competitive insights;

Managing the end-to-end operations for Ploom’s consumer acquisition and retention strategy, incl. e-commerce, with a focus on amplifying the Ploom brand and growing our consumer base through creative initiatives;

Setting and monitoring of KPIs, performance analysis, and consumer insights consolidation;

Managing the performance of the allocated projects against set objectives and budget along the respective consumer experience in online stages, focusing on the effectiveness of the activation programs/initiatives;

Identifying commercial priorities and needs, optimizing investment and resource allocation;

Collaborating with Global and Local teams, agencies, and the Marketing & Sales team, ensuring alignment with all parties.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree;
Work experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing, minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Brand Management/Marketing and additional involvement in Digital campaigns and/or e-Commerce Management; CRM and/or any sales channel management experience would be a plus;
Language: Romanian and English proficiency;
Other skills and knowledge:

Creativity and ability to analyze and interpret data to drive improvements;

Knowledge of budget management;

Well-developed presentation skills and experience in cross-functional projects;

Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously;

Curiosity and attention to detail, ensuring clear communication and brand consistency;

Understanding of paid advertising platforms, campaign optimization techniques and marketing analytics tools;
-
Proactively driving results in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes and consistently going the extra mile.
