Consumer Experience Specialist RRP

 

 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose: 

 
Join our dynamic team and help shape Ploom’s offline consumer experience! In this role, you’ll contribute to driving brand growth coordinate initiatives and projects aimed to amplify brand presence, drive consumer engagement and optimize the journey across every touchpoint. What will you do – Responsibilities: 

 

  • Supporting the Consumer Experience team with translating the consumer experience in offline strategy into effective activities at market level and growing brand equity in line with our objectives; 

  • Executing the consumer experience offline plan & initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders;

  • Supporting the Consumer Experience in Offline Strategy Managers in analyzing, tracking and monitoring the efficiency of programs/touchpoints developed in the Consumer Journey, ensuring alignment with the agreed KPIs; 

  • Managing the performance of the allocated projects against objectives and budget, focusing on the impact and effectiveness of the activation programs/initiatives; 

  • Providing support in identifying commercial needs, optimizing investment and resource allocation for consumer offline experience journey stages; 

  • Contributing to the development of the brand’s communication deliverables across all offline touchpoints; 

  • Coordinating agencies and collaborating closely with the Marketing & Sales team and rest of functions, ensuring on-going alignment with all stakeholders involved.

 

Who are we looking for – Requirements: 
 

Education: University degree;  

Work experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, including at least 1 year in Brand Management; 

Language: Romanian and English proficiency; 

Other skills and knowledge: 

  • Proven knowledge in brand management, strategy and planning of 360/omnichannel activation, market research, performance monitoring and assessment; 

  • Good project management & analytical skills, attention to detail; 

  • Understanding of CRM concepts to analyze consumer data and interactions;  

  • Solid project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing medium-scale projects, focusing on multi-channel activations; 

  • Good business understanding and interest in marketing trends; 

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment; 

  • Well-developed presentation skills and excellent communication and building-relationship skills; 

  • Strong initiative and ownership skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and achieving results;

  • Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel).
