Consumer Experience Manager RRP
What this position is about – Purpose:
Join our dynamic team and help shape the consumer experience strategy for Ploom in the offline space! In this role you will drive brand equity, maximize market potential and deliver impactful consumer experiences. This is an opportunity to lead exciting projects and use your skills to optimize the consumer journey and ensure seamless execution across all our offline activities.
What will you do – Responsibilities:

Translating the consumer experience in offline strategy into effective activities at market level, growing brand equity in line with our objectives;

Proposing and executing the consumer experience in offline plan & initiatives with key stakeholders, optimizing the consumer journey and against set KPIs framework;

Analyzing, tracking and monitoring the efficiency of programs/touchpoints developed in the Consumer Journey, ensuring alignment with the agreed KPIs;

Managing the initiatives’ performance against objectives and budget, focusing on the impact and effectiveness of the activation programs;

Identifying commercial opportunities and priorities, optimizing investment and resource allocation for consumer offline experience journey stages;

Developing the brand’s communication direction and lead the delivery of all communication deliverables for offline touchpoints;

Proposing and coordinating the annual brand plan, including budget forecasting across multiple channels;

Coordinating agencies and collaborating closely with the Marketing & Sales team and rest of functions, ensuring ongoing alignment with all stakeholders involved.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree;
Work experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, out of which at least 2 years in Brand Management;
Language: Romanian and English proficiency;
Other skills and knowledge:

Proven expertise in brand management, omnichannel activation, market and consumer segmentation, brand and performance indicators, promotional strategies, market research and competitor analysis, with a strong understanding of brand promotion strategies and consumer behavior insights;

Attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data to identify risks and opportunities, optimize processes and increase performance;

Understanding of CRM concepts to analyze consumer data and interactions;

Solid project management and organizational skills, with experience in managing large-scale projects, focusing on multi-channel activations;

Good business understanding and interest in marketing trends;
-
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;

Strategic thinker with the ability to propose integrated brand plans while balancing long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical and business needs;

Well-developed presentation skills and excellent communication and building-relationship skills;
-
Strong initiative and ownership skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving and achieving results;

Confident user of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint, Excel).
