Business Reporting Analyst MOBU (Temporary, 1 year)

Department: Business Analysis & Data Management

Direct Manager: BA & Data Management Manager ROMOBU

Employment: Temporary Assignment until March 31st , 2025

Location: Bucharest, Romania 

What this position is about: 

We have transformed the way we look and analyze JTI’s brands performance, by integrating commercial information and data in insightful and relevant management reports.

But we are not stopping here.  As we speak, we are enhancing our reports and dashboards to PowerBI and we are screening for new opportunities to support business growth. We want to share this opportunity with you!

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• Development and analysis of reports to monitor Moldova and Bulgaria (MOBU) business KPIs
• Commercial performance monitoring, to give actionable recommendations, and translate business requirements into implementation concepts working closely with IT department.
• Important role in data management or data integration projects related to local Field Force Business Intelligence tools.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• University degree (Technic or economic profile will be an advantage)
• More than 2 years of experience in databases, reporting and analysis
• Strong numerical abilities and analytical skills and commercial exposure and understanding
• Ability to work under pressure, respecting tight deadlines
• Advanced level of MS Office (Excel mainly) knowledge
• Good understanding of BI and ERP tools (SAP, and Entersoft knowledge represents a plus)
• Strong English knowledge (both spoken and written)
• Proactive and good team player.

 What are the next steps - Recruitment process:

• SHL test (personality, inductive, deductive thinking) and Excel test (eliminatory)
• Online/offline Interview with the direct manager, line manager, and  Local P&C
