Brand Specialist
What this position is about – Purpose:
As a Brand Specialist for Camel, you'll bring brand strategies to life through impactful campaigns. You'll lead activations, consumer promotions, and communication materials development while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. What will you do – Responsibilities:

Translate the brand strategy into an annual activation plan to drive market share and profitability;

Develop and manage brand activation programs, including consumer promotions and trade activation initiatives;

Create and adapt key visuals and messaging for integrated marketing communications;

Coordinate the development of creative materials for digital platforms, print, and point-of-sale;

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) and external agencies to deliver brand activations on time and within budget;

Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns using data from internal and external sources;
-
Manage the campaign budget, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation;

Support the Group Brand Manager and Brand Manager with performance tracking and preparing reports and presentations;

Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards throughout all communication materials.
Who are we looking for – Requirements:
Education: University degree;
Work experience: Minimum 1 year of experience;
Language: Romanian and English proficiency;
Other skills and knowledge:
-
Experience in managing brand activation projects and monitoring brand performance;

Strong understanding of brand positioning and BTL communication;

Knowledge of consumer segmentation, marketing mix, and customer behavior;

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with multiple stakeholders;

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills;
-
Adaptability in a dynamic environment and openness to learning;
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
