Brand Manager 

 

 What this position is about – Purpose: 

  

Take charge of brand equity & activation, market share, and profitability growth as our Brand Manager for Camel. In this role you will develop and execute annual activation plans across retail, digital, and events, collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive impactful results for one of the most iconic brands in the industry! 

 

What will you do – Responsibilities: 

  

  • Develop and implement brand activation programs, including promotions, retail initiatives, and consumer programs to maximize brand performance; 

  • Lead the brand communication strategy, ensuring alignment with global and local brand directions, while coordinating internal stakeholders and agencies; 

  • Analyse market data, consumer trends, and performance KPIs to identify opportunities and recommend adjustments to the marketing mix; 

  • Manage the brand budget, ensuring proper planning, allocation, and monitoring of financial resources; 

  • Lead the digital activation strategy, coordinating online campaigns and content development to strengthen consumer engagement and brand equity; 

  • Monitor the efficiency of marketing programs, evaluate performance against KPIs, and recommend improvements. 

  

Who are we looking for – Requirements: 

 

Education: University degree; 

Work experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing; 

Language: Romanian and English proficiency; 

Other skills and knowledge:  

  • Strong strategic and operational planning abilities; 

  • Proficient in project management, budgeting, and resource coordination; 

  • Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting market and consumer data; 

  • Advanced understanding of the marketing mix and BTL activation; 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; 

  • Collaborative mindset, with a consumer-centric perspective; 

  • Proficiency in MS office, Power BI knowledge represents a plus.
