BTS Leaf Process Associate

What this role is about?

We are looking for a detail-oriented SAP Process Associate to help us manage our company's manufacturing Leaf processes by giving support to IT systems that support the end to end flow of Production of Packed Tobacco. You would primarily be in charge of application/support design, adoption, maintenance. Your strong analytical abilities would be beneficial while troubleshooting any issues.

As a SAP process associate, you are responsible for the resolution of incidents & routine/minor change/service request and to deliver timely and quality solutions to the users while at the same time ensuring that they utilize the full application potential.

What will you do?

• Provide application support for both Production and Development through resolution of minor and complex incidents & change/service request
• Engage with customers to understand and discuss tickets
• Design effective solutions
• Create SAP Functional Specifications for custom solutions and existing applications
• Assign tasks to the development team
• Monitor task execution and ensure adherence to committed timelines
• Prepare test scenarios and conduct unit tests in the development environment
• Coordinate and assist in creating master data for User Acceptance Tests in the integration system
• Prioritize requirements accurately
• Escalate issues as needed
• Generate documentation and procedures for recurring issues

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Information Technologies (Computer Science, Software Engineering and Automation) or Strong Practical and Theoretical IT Background 
• 3+ years of working experience giving functional support with SAP systems (understanding of core purchasing process and related master data, being familiarized with standard transactions of SAP and being able to reproduce their own scenarios for testing
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing process, Buying, processing, production, logistics
• Comprehensive understanding of Purchasing Processes and associated documents within the system
• Knowledge of Inventory Management and key stock-check transactions
• Familiarity with Sales documents such as Deliveries and Sales Orders
• Competency in managing and understanding Intercompany Purchase Orders
• Proficiency in SAP MM, including P2P, O2C, and IM
• Basic understanding of other business processes around GSC
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving
• Effective decision-making skills
• Quick and adaptable learning abilities
• Proficiency in retaining and applying knowledge
• High willingness to work and contribute
• Service-oriented attitude and cooperative nature
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
