Job Description
Trade Marketing Trainee
As a Trade Marketing Trainee at JT International, you’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, CRM management, and sales support while working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help drive business insights, optimize processes, and contribute to key trade marketing initiatives—all in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What will you do:
- Database Management: Ensure regular and accurate mapping of accounts and products from external databases to the internal database to safeguard an expanded DTB of Points of Sale and the most accurate overview of sales data at the SKU level.
- CRM Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, preparing comprehensive CRM training manuals for the sales force team, and updating and loading planograms within the CRM system to support efficient sales operations.
- Data-Driven Support: Provide data-driven support for urgent business needs by generating, maintaining, and analyzing daily and weekly reports to deliver key business insights and support decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the respective colleagues of Data & CRM system, B2B online platform, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of activities. Actively participate in TM meetings, participate in field visits on a regular basis.
What would you need to be successful in this role:
- Results-driven, proactive, and possess strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and create enthusiasm for tasks and initiatives and to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or soon graduation (summer/autumn 2025) in Business Administration, Economics, Maths & Physics, or a related field,
- Fluency in Slovak and/or Czech, good command of English
- Digital proficiency, e.g. MS Office, Excellent Excel skills
What is an advantage:

- Knowledge of forecasting tools or ERP (SAP) systems
- Power BI skills
