Digital Retention Specialist

 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose:

 

Taking care of consumers is the key to build a loyalty and lifetime value. Segmentation, a special merchandising, marketing automation, data analysis and much more is day-to-day job in omni-channel retention business. Focus is on quality, not quantity as this is how we imagine advocacy of our consumers. We do care, a lot!

 

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy to onboard, engage and retain active consumer profiles, staying focused on achieving the volume, rate and lifetime value potential of our consumer base.
  • Consumer lifetime management (creating advocates) across multiple channels and mediums, including email, texts, websites etc. that drives measurable improvements in customer engagement, loyalty, decreased churn and increased retention rates.
  • Interact with marketing and sales teams, digital acquisition, data & analytics teams to impact the full consumer lifecycle and improve business outcomes.
  • Management of rewards & loyalty program.
  • Consumer & customer data management. eCRM incl. data collection & marketing automation to identify, size, and prioritize opportunities that drive higher lifetime value for our target customer segments.
  • Program Monitoring & Evaluation - assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new campaigns, optimize results by using a data centric approach.

 

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • University degree (Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field preferred).
  • Min 2 years of experience in Marketing based on data, delivering B2C engagement and retention results and performing A/B testing and reporting results.
  • Fluent English & native Slovak.
  • Knowledge of loyalty & consumer data platform, Adobe Campaign Classic, PowerBI, CRM.
