Are you our next Procurement Trainee?

We are searching for a final year undergraduate or graduate student who can communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Having great organizational skills will help you to carry out assigned project to completion. Being familiar with MS Office is desirable. English is a necessity. Supporting role within our Procurement team

Our Procurement team is welcoming newcomer who will be supporting them in purchase of products and services according to internal procedures as well as generating reports from existing company’s systems and applications according to incoming business requirements.

What will you be doing?

• Request RFQs (Request for Quotations) for procurement components

• Research and analyze to find new suppliers

• Participate in meetings to discuss procurement needs

• Cover transactional activities for purchasing and procurement.

• Monitor shipments and deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate with vendors promptly if there are any issues

• Ensure compliance with safety and standards within company policies

• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of products
