FP&A Supervisor
Position: You will play a critical role in leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes for 8 markets within the Adriatica cluster. Reporting to the FP&A Lead, you will provide vital support for key management decisions, using your technical expertise, deep FMCG knowledge, and strong communication skills to challenge the status quo and drive business excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis and Actuals: Lead monthly Market P&L closing activities, prepare performance decks with variance analysis, and provide insights for CFO communications.
- Market P&L Planning: Oversee annual and strategic planning processes, ensuring accurate reporting within global timelines. Conduct variance analysis, prepare strategic presentations, and ensure correct data loading into global systems.
- Excise and Pricing Analysis: Conduct excise and pricing scenarios to support strategic and tactical decisions. Provide actionable recommendations to the Finance Director and collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams.
- Commercial Finance: Create trade margin files and calculate invoice prices for planning periods. Maintain invoice prices, distributor reconciliations, and financial inputs for accruals, bonuses, rebates, and credit/debit notes.
Requirements:
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (ACCA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance role with proven expertise in FP&A, ideally in a multinational FMCG company.
- Proficiency in scenario planning, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Proactive, creative, flexible, with strong communication and analytical skills. A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
