Digital Analyst Adriatica

 

Position: We are seeking a passionate and proactive team member with an agile approach and a strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and informational needs. In this role, you will create reports, draw conclusions, and provide actionable insights based on data. You will be responsible for executing market, digital, and other reporting activities within the Digital department.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Gather, collect, and organize relevant data from various reports.
  • Maintain a structured approach to documenting activities, creating reports, managing dashboards, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Collaborate with the Adriatica Digital Lead to develop and implement required reports.
  • Analyze digital activities and drive process improvements through data analytics.
  • Create and manage dashboards, and produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on digital and other key performance indicators.
  • Perform additional tasks related to digital activities.

 

Within 6 months, you will:

 

Build strong cooperation with key stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements and support the development of digital activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and critical metrics.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business or Digital Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business processes and KPIs, particularly in digital business.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong knowledge of VBA, SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Experience with Power BI (at least: basic navigation, data import – Excel, CSV, SQL, cloud; visualizations, filters, slicers, interactive dashboards, data modeling, Power Query for transformation and cleaning, DAX for creating custom calculations – e.g., SUM, AVERAGE, IF statements; performance optimization, and data source integration).
  • Understanding of digital channels (websites, e-commerce, CRM, social media, paid advertising).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate) and Serbian (native).
