Trade Marketing and Operational Planner

 

Position: In this role, you will be responsible for optimal planning to reach the Trade & Marketing objectives within Marketing & Sales cycle planning process. You’ll translate and communicate all inputs coming from M&S teams towards the Field Force teams Together with RTM manager, you’ll set Distributor’s targets, and KPIs.        

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Recommend a territory coverage plan aligned with brand objectives.
  •  Analyze Business Executives’ performance, evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of their visits, and share results and findings with relevant sales functions.
  • Actively participate in the preparation of M&S Promotion Programs and ensure that the Field Force is aware of and actively engaged in implementing those programs (RMC & RRP) through third-party partners
  • Oversee the creation and improvement of all PBI dashboards needed for business purposes and share these reports with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Increase the usage of the TMEC tool for Serbia, Bosnia and Montenegro, Support contract administration via the TMEC platform; oversee PBI dashboard accuracy by providing timely inputs to the IT support team
  • Work closely with the RTM & FFE manager to set distributor targets and metrics (coverage, numeric distribution, call rate, call efficiency, merchandising, TPOSM implementation).
  • Participate in the application and other digital tool testing, provide feedback and evaluate improvement proposed. Provide technical support to all TMEC users, ensuring quality connection between the market and Global Service Desk. Execute any other tasks related to TMEC functionality.

 

Requirements:

 

  • College degree or bachelor’s degree (VI or VII SSS).
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Trade Marketing, or a related function, preferably in the FMCG or Tobacco industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales terms (distribution, OOS, hot-spots, retail census, retail margins, RLP, dispensers, etc.) and experience in sales forecasting for Key Accounts (volume potential in accounts).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Serbian and English (written, spoken, and reading).
