Please note, that this is a temporary position with the primary location in Senta.
Position: In this role, you will be responsible for preparing inputs for salary calculations, maintaining accurate employee data in line with legal requirements and internal procedures. You will perform HR administrative tasks, ensuring all SAP processes and actions are promptly updated. Additionally, you will administer compensation and benefits systems and prepare reports based on management inputs.
Responsibilities:
- Collects and prepares data for salary calculations, including post-final salary calculation reports. Maintains essential databases that rely on monthly salary data and prepares data for monthly headcount reports, updating SAP HR accordingly.
- Administer the compensation and benefits system and generates reports based on input from supervisors.
- Ensures that all Position Descriptions (PDs) are current and aligned with the Rulebook on systematization.
- Prepares and maintains personnel documentation for employees, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements. Provides employees with information on local HR policies and procedures, keeps documentation up to date, and handles all paperwork related to employment initiation, changes in working conditions, or termination.
- Ensures that all employee records are accurate and updated as needed, enrolls new employees in the Private Health Insurance (PHI) program, and manages details for terminations.
- Provides administrative support to both employees and the Rewards team, collaborating on a range of Rewards topics.
- Oversees the timely obtaining of residence and work permits and other essential documentation for employees and their family members who are assigned from abroad.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in experience; University is advantage
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Serbian and English (both spoken and written)
