 RRP Consumer Experience Manager Adriatica

 

 

Position:  In this role, you will drive activation strategies to enhance brand experience across offline and online channels, focusing on acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This role aligns commercial priorities with activation plans to support business metrics within regulatory and global guidelines.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the activation strategy for RRP brands, establishing key fundamentals to deliver an outstanding consumer experience and ensuring high-quality acquisition, retention, loyalty, and advocacy across Retail, Events, HoReCa, Social & Paid Media, Web, and E-commerce.
  • Identify commercial priorities and develop activation plans that support sales and budget KPIs, aligning with JTI Global and Local Management priorities, Brand Guidelines, and Legal Requirements.
  • Coordinate the external agency and supervise the consumer experience budget.
  • Provide strategic input for the annual consumer activation plan, optimizing the route-to-consumer and omnichannel approach based on consumer needs and market competition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Finance, Legal, HQ).
  • Lead a team of Consumer Experience Associates.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand activation and consumer experience programs across all journey phases
  • Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in planning consumer programs across various channels (Retail, Events, HoReCa, Digital)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in English and Serbian
  • Proactive, with a strong drive to turn insights into business solutions
  • Growth mindset and ability to identify opportunities
  • Challenges the status quo with a fast learning ability
  • Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Team player with autonomy and proactivity
  • Solid knowledge of branding, pricing, consumer insights, channel strategy, creativity, and finance
