RRP Consumer Experience Associate Adriatica
Position: This role provides support in developing and executing Consumer Experience strategies across various channels. It assists in managing CE programs, tracking performance, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting line manager in creating Consumer Experience strategy through all stages of Consumer Journey (Awareness, Acquisition, Retention).
- Development of Consumer Experience programs through all offline and online channels (Brand Retail, HoReCa, Events, Promo team, E-commerce, Social and Paid Media, Web).
- Creating reports, presentations, other business tasks related to CE programs as well as budget planning and tracking.
- Monitoring CE results and KPIs including evaluation of all processes and suggesting areas for improvements.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal and other functions to ensure that developed programs and materials adhere to local regulations, budget constraints, and business objectives.
- Cooperation with agencies and 3rd parties
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Brand and Consumer Experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent in English and Serbian.
- Creative, agile, and a team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
