Market Modelling Associate

 

Position: In this role, you will develop and regularly update Market Model for Slovenia, Albania, Macedonia and Montenegro to enable comprehensive market reading, support business decisions and planning process. You will also be responsible for developing and updating the Trade Model for the Slovenian market and supporting the validation of Trade KPIs, as well as volume, Share of Market, and Share of Segment metrics.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyze all available data from Research studies to develop and regularly update Consumer Offtake Model and support business decisions and planning process.
  • Regularly update Trade Model for Slovenia to ensure tracking of key trade indicators.
  • Support Sales teams with validation of Trade KPIs and Marketing teams with validation of volume/Share of Market/Share Of Segment for new initiatives.
  • Value segment analysis, OneData Market Model source harmonization, distribution check for Macedonia & Albania, Other emerging category assessments, etc.
  • Data validation and incorporation in Market Modelling, continuous improvement of process and data quality on all levels, alignment with stakeholders, reporting, presentation.
  • Development of AP calendar, alignment of functions, follow up and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Requirements:
 

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the same or a similar position within the FMCG environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Experience in statistics, financial analysis, and process or project management is considered an asset.
