Key Account Executive Serbia

 

Position: This is a mid-level role, focused on direct communication with Key Account management of assigned customers to support and strengthen JTI’s influence on the development of the tobacco category. Key objectives include strategizing, maintaining relationships with important clients, and ensuring effective collaboration to achieve shared goals.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify customer needs and evaluate category strategies to assess their impact on company performance and investments.
  • Create negotiation plans for assigned accounts, applying investment efficiency principles like (Return on Investment) and ROO (Return on Objective) throughout the process.
  • Analyze sales data, distribution trends, merchandising strategies, and shelf-space goals in line with key account agreements. Propose actionable strategies to drive volume growth and expand market share, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market dynamics. Provide regular performance updates to the manager.
  • Partner with internal teams to create impactful programs that drive trade partner engagement. Proactively recommend adjustments to achieve objectives and actively contribute to planning sessions for key accounts, offering valuable insights to the planning process.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum VI degree; Bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • Proven experience in retail (essential)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, including experience in financial analysis
  • Good command of the English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Valid driver’s license (category B)
