Digital Associate

Position: As a Digital Associate, you will work with Digital Managers to support digital activities focusing on consumer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce strategies within the specific Adriatic markets. You will also collaborate with other marketing and sales teams, as well as external associates.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in e-commerce operations, managing web content, and coordinating various digital marketing and e-commerce campaigns.
• Work closely with Digital Managers, as well as digital operational hub, to ensure effective digital communication via multichannel approach and to amplify local digital initiatives.
• Support the local application of the digital consumer acquisition and loyalty strategies via Social, SEO, Display, CRM etc. 
• Help in preparation and implementation of digital campaign briefs with external agencies to achieve marketing objectives.
• Track and measure relevant digital metrics and provide recommendations for enhancing digital infrastructure, data quality and online content to attract, engage and drive consumer loyalty.
• Carry out reporting and analysis to continually improve strategies, product offerings, campaigns, monitor performance, evaluate outcomes, and share reports within the market.

Requirements:

• Proven exposure to Data Analytics, Content Creation, SEO & SEM, CRM, Social Media, and Basic Design Skills.
• Knowledge of Consumer Marketing, Brand Communication, and Business Insight.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Project Management, Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Serbian.
