Building & Utility Automation Engineer

Operation and Maintenance of Building management system not limited to coordination with key support on software. Support project improvement requiring alignment. Support robustification standar

      Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems, including BMS, KNX lighting, and Warema blinds.

• Troubleshoot and adjust electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical systems based on drawings and performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, prepare reports, and maintain accurate logs.

• Coordinate with other departments and supervise contractors when needed.

• Monitor BMS alerts, analyze issues, and respond promptly.

• Maintain inventory of spare parts and liaise with suppliers and warehouse teams.

      Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain organized records of trends, performance, and analysis.

• Ensure all documentation aligns with IMS standards.

      Contracts & Compliance

• Manage and update service contracts.

• Ensure work complies with engineering standards, EHS procedures, and regulations.

• Align system modifications with change management protocols.

      Communication & Coordination

• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with other engineering departments.

      Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Participate in improvement projects and ensure a safe working environment.

• Follow health and safety regulations, report hazards and incidents, and take corrective action when necessary.

      General

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics and Communication Engineering or any related engineering course.                                            

• Minimum of 3 years professional experience in similar position or demonstrated ability in construction industry supervising BMS, Automation, Electrical or Green Energy installation and coordination.   

• Has experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA

• Knowledgeable SAP EAM, ERF (or any related system)                                            

• Proficient in english, both written and spoken.
