PPOSM Specialist, Azerbaijan

What this position is about - Purpose:

 The incumbent is responsible for the execution of the merchandising tools & programs aimed to reinforce JTl positions in trade channels via proper brands' representation on shelf within legal frames as follows:

1. Develop and communicate layouts guidelines & standards for all trade channels and equipment la types, provision of timely Sales presenters to Sales teams;

2. Ensure the availability of permanent POSM in the market via uninterrupted logistics;

3. Support of technicians across the country, including of needed equipment/ tool.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

- Provide inputs for development, fully support & control locally POSM (including equipment for HoReCa channel) production in line with Merchandising Strategy and standard quality requirements for the market. This includes support equipment concept development, tender process support, equipment production control plus delivery including documentation flow execution and follow up as well as field testing and feedback consolidation from Sales team, sharing suggestions on POSM visibility improvement and implementing and control acceptance acts of the trade equipment;

- Management and coordination of technicians/layout merchandisers across the country;

- To support in organization of technician's team workload in close collaboration with Sales team; 

- Administrative support on the stage of contracting/documentation as well as purchasing of tools and equipment by request; 

- To participate in launch of the project for providing 3rd party services on layout merchandising in Azerbaijan; 

- To provide administrative support during tendering, contracting, planning phases. After project start, to coordinate, budget, control and supervise the 3rd party services on layout implementation in retail through management of corresponding agency;

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

- High education;  

- Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in FMCG Company in Marketing POSM direction, Purchasing, Logistics departments. Experience related to warehouse operation is a plus.

- Knowledge of local Language, English and Russian;

- Confident PC user - MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
